Prices

Our all inclusive rates start at $27.50 for a dog under 25 pounds,
Dogs 26 to 56 pounds $32.50 per day
Dogs 57 to 75 pounds $ 35.00 per day
Dogs 76 to 95 pounds $37.50 per day

Thereafter, dogs will be charged at increments of $2.50 per 20 pounds in weight over the
$37.50 base price. So for example, a 125 pound Great Dane will be charged at $42.50
per day.

Thereafter, we charge  in increments as per the weight or dietary needs of the dog. Some
dogs need a lot more food than others to remain stable/happy and so cases are looked at
on an individual basis. If your dog needs to eat 6 times a day, and yes, we have dogs here
that do, then its only fair that they should be charged a little more than a dog who eats
only a regular amount.

We do not offer multiple dog discounts during peak times because we are a very small
operation that does not run on numbers like a boarding kennel does. We only take small
numbers and each dog gets a very individual amount of care and attention, suited to their
needs. All guests get the correct amount of exercise for their temperament, breed, age
etc.

Remember, our rates are all-inclusive in the fullest sense. Just like an all inclusive resort
that you would vacation in!


Collection Times

At Desperate Dogs we want to make sure that your dog has the very best experience and
so we charge you from 9am til 9am the next day. The reason for this is that the best walk
of the day starts at 9.15 and we want your dog to be in on all the fun with all her new pals!
You can pick up your dog anytime by appointment and that includes Sundays and Evenings
[as long as we know in advance] up to 7pm. If you have special circumstances, we try to be
flexible wherever we can, although we do ask you to bear in mind that this is our home and
sometimes we have plans.

By charging you from 9am til 9am, you can return from vacation or your trip, as most
people do, in the evening, and not have to worry about rushing to get your dog before
closing time. You pick your dog up the next morning if you wish, knowing that it has had a
gourmet breakfast, some play time and is ready to greet you, happy and relaxed from his
or her wonderful vacation.
