| Contact Us We are located on highway 53 in Braselton. Please call for directions and address as we only receive visitors by appointment. The reason we do not allow unarranged visits is because we work off leash and cage free with the dogs here. Unarranged and imprompt visits are fine for establishments where the dogs are caged and cannot have access to the public, here it is not like that. We work with dogs with all manner of issues, from people issues to issues with other dogs and work with each dog in a very controlled and succinct way. Visitors who have 'had dogs all their life and all dogs love' them, [we hear it all the time...] would not have any idea how we are working with a particular phobia and so may put back our work by saying or doing the wrong thing. If your dog is boarding with us and you need to contact us, please feel free to call outside of these hours but within reason as we do like to sleep occasionally! All boarding enquiries have to be followed up with an email request showing dates needed and giving us as much information about your dog as is necessary. It is very important that you tell us about any behaviour issues or medical issues at this point as we book in dogs based on their ability to fit into the pack. |
